After Burner II

The excellent Sega Saturn conversion of the classic arcade hit Afterbuner. This is a fast paced and intense chase view shoot em up where the object is simple, destroy the enemy planes and trash the enemy installations! basically it's the video game take on the film Top Gun. This game is part of the Sega Ages Vol.1 collection, released in 1996. This is a 30fps video (actual game is roughly 60fps) and played by me on my UK PAL Sega Saturn, and it lasts all the way to stage 15. Check out the cool cameo by the Outrun Ferrari too! Note - The reduced screen size is due to the software, this game was made at a time before 50hz Pal games were optimised to be full screen (grrrr!)
