The battle against another one of KH's secret bosses, Kurt Zisa. He's hard to kill if you rush into battle without a decent strategy but once you figure out his pattern and weaknesses, he's not all that bad. When he holds the 2 orbs, your Magic will be blocked, so remember to stock elixirs.
