A fight against the secret boss, Phantom. He's most likely the easiest of the secret bosses (IMO) and killing him rewards you the Stopga spell. I haven't fought this guy in a long time so I start out a little sloppy, mostly because I wasn't used to my Magic shortcuts, but I manage to get the job done. It's best to give your characters' ethers, since this fight mostly focuses on Magic.
