Hadn't played this game for ages, forgot about the fact that every time Dr. Fred Playes the arcade game he changes the combination for the inner door of the secret lab. Therefore I had to call the police twice. Oh well... A fun game nonetheless, there are many ways of completing it though, with different characters.
