Here's just a little video from the System Shock demo showing off how well it runs in DOSbox these days. There were some videos of System Shock 2 up here and that game is well known to be trivial to get running in Windows XP, but for whatever reason everyone thinks that you need to go through about a million steps to get this sucker working.
Surprise surprise, it only takes minimal configuration and a decent PC :)
