well i was in one of those Aylied Ruins down just north of the Panther River called Wendelbeck and i managed to glitch through the ceiling in that place. i bet glitches where you can go through walls and stuff are all over Oblivion and this is just 1 i found. After that it shows wierd footage of 2 Imperial Legion Foresters kiling each other?
