An Any% run is an speed run that aims for fastest completion time, no rules. So I kill the victims right off the bat and skip bonus levels. I waste time getting 80,000 points so I get an extra victim. You need at least 2 victims to skip the final boss battle. On level 47 I do 11 passes, you only need 10 to get the bonus. This is an emulator test run and uses rewind (to test different paths as I go). The plan is not perfect, but speedy enough.
